Only has 2 speeds

Although the description clearly states that this unit has three speeds, it can only give you two. The unit does not allow a thermostat to utilize the third speed. The control box that is in the air conditioner is only capable of sending two speeds to the thermostat. GE does not have an updated control box for it yet. So, I am very disappointed with this unit because instead of having a low, medium and high speed option, I can only use the low and high speeds.

This unit was installed on our RV by the manufacturer. The A/C cools and maintains the temperature inside of the RV quickly even in the heat of the southwestern states.

We bought our Trailer in Oct 2020 have been fighting with several R.V. Companies and the Manfacturer trying to get this straightened out and still does now work properly. Very frustrated for purchasing a new trailer and no one wants to fix properly.

It works well now that thermostat is working with

I had my ac replaced one month ago with thermostat that works with unit. Which was not working on first day in had to have another one sent and put in a week later. Now works good. But if breakers are ever thrown ac does not come back on auto you have to turn back on which is fine. It cools well so I am not having anymore issues.
